Crossroads Inc. is a licensed substance use treatment provider in Arizona, seeking a Clinical Aide to support self-administration of medications and medication audits. The role collaborates with Pharmacies and Doctor’s offices to ensure policy compliance and efficient medication workflows.

The position requires knowledge of medications, documentation accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced behavioral health setting. Training in medication handling and safety is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 months related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR and basic computer applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with self-administration of medications.
• Document all medications upon arrival and ensure return at discharge.
• Keep medication area secured and organized per policy.
