Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a full-time role in Round Rock, TX to assist residents with medication management, documentation, and daily living activities in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Responsibilities include medication assistance, vital signs, transport within the community, responding to emergencies, and coordination with outside health professionals; CPR certification preferred, and previous elder care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs.
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with ADLs, taking vital signs, wound care, and communication with health professionals.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, safe manner.

Skills
