Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate Care Partner Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents in memory care and assisted living. Join a family‑oriented team dedicated to dignity, safety, and high‑quality care.

Must be CMA certified and meet state requirements; ideally 6 months' experience with older adults. Part-time and full-time night shifts available, with Sunday and overnight coverage; competitive PTO, benefits, training, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must be CMA certified and meet state certification requirements.
• Minimum six months relevant experience with older adults (preferred).
• Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, accountability and a nurturing attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications under supervision and within policy.
• Provide compassionate daily living assistance and monitor well-being.
• Maintain accurate medication records and document changes.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care.

Highlights of the Care Partner Medication Aide Position:

Must be certified as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state’s specific certification requirements
