The Bayshore on Hilton Head Island is seeking a hospitality-minded Medication Aide to join our nursing team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with day or night availability and weekend duties.

You will provide direct resident care, monitor changes, help with ADLs, and report to the Health Services Director. Starting wage is $20+ per hour. Vaccination status may be requested.

Qualifications

• Med aide certification or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies in the community.

The Bayshore on Hilton Head Island is recruiting for a hospitality focused Medication Aide to join our team! We are looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Medication Aides with a passion for serving seniors.

Open Shifts include:

Day Shift (7a-7p)

Night Shift (7p- 7a).

All shifts require weekend availability.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on our nursing team and help care for a special group of residents at The Bayshore on HHI!

This position provides direct care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Hourly wage starting at $20+/hr.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Med Aide:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Med aide certification or similar experience
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
