The Ohio State University Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Finance Case Management Specialist to support patient access to medications through PMAPs and grant programs. This on-site role collaborates with financial counselors and clinical staff to collect financial data and determine eligibility for pharmaceutical assistance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate access to medications for patients regardless of ability to pay.
• Work with patients and prescribers to obtain free/discounted pharmaceuticals and grants for PMAPs and related assistance.
• Provide up-to-date information on PMAPs, insurance eligibility, and related subsidies to patients and clinicians.
