• Utilize underwriting tools and reference materials to prepare proposals.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Explain strategy and rate development to sales personnel.
• Produce customer-specific documents and case information timely.
• Support department projects or workgroups.
• Identify and support process improvements through automation or changes.
