Medicare Sales Field Agent - Whitfield County

Are you passionate about serving the Medicare population and seeking a sales role with high earning potential? Do you excel at building trust and exceeding expectations? If yes, we seek licensed, motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.

In this field position, you will build community relationships, generate your own sales, and meet targets independently. Your interactions include face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic engagements with Humana’s customers, partners, and community members. Face-to-face activities involve grassroots marketing, community events, and home visits. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plans and educate beneficiaries about our services, including Life, Annuity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to conduct daily face-to-face interactions in the field
  • Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain before start
  • Proficiency with laptops, mobile apps, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 limits); Motor Vehicle Report required
  • Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; wired or approved wireless connection
  • Dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member PHI/HIPAA info
  • Residence within the assigned territory/county

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with TEAMS, PowerPoint, community engagement, and Medicare sales
  • Bilingual abilities in English and another language
  • Public speaking and presentation experience

Additional Information:

  • Language proficiency assessments may be required for non-English speakers
  • Applicants may need to provide social security number during leader review

Schedule: Flexibility required for appointments and events during nights and weekends.

Training: Mandatory first 3-4 weeks of employment.

Interview Process: We use HireVue for initial screening, which involves a brief video responses. Successful candidates will be contacted for next steps.

Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $31,800 - $43,800 annually, plus potential commissions based on performance.
