At The Hive, our immersive training hub in Washington you’ll receive paid training, and covered licensing costs. Complete our 7-week training program and become eligible for placement into a high-demand healthcare sales role with UnitedHealthcare, based on performance. This is more than a job. Compensation Highlights

  • Competitive pay at $21 per hour

  • $200 bonus when you obtain your license on the first attempt

  • $300 bonus when you start production

  • $1,000 bonus when you transition and successfully work 30 days with UnitedHealthCare

  • Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)

    • Note: Referrer and referral must both be active at time of payout; see recruiter for eligibility details

Hybrid Flexibility

We’ll provide a laptop and headset - you just need to provide a home monitor, keyboard, mouse, and an internet cable to get started

Program Schedule

  • Full-time Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PDT

  • First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off

  • Location: 1338 Commerce Ave Suit 214, Longview WA 98632

  • Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM-9:00 PM PDT after training

Responsibilities

What You’ll Learn and Do

  • Guide prospective members through their Medicare options with clarity and care

  • Enroll customers into health plans that match their needs - all from your desk

  • Learn to navigate systems, handle calls with confidence, and build trusted relationships with members

  • Receive expert coaching, performance feedback, and growth mentorship along the way

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and computer skills

  • Coachability, curiosity, and commitment to personal growth

  • Ability to pass the Washington state health insurance exam (we cover costs and provide study support!)

  • Willingness to work onsite 2x/week post-training for work, team events, and meetings
