Job summary

Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving members across Minnesota and beyond. This Office role requires onsite work about 3 days/week at Minnetonka, MN, with a salary range reflecting experienced Medicare reporting responsibilities.

You will lead the analysis, validation, and delivery of Medicare employer and broker reporting, acting as a subject-matter expert and guiding a team of analysts toward accurate, timely client-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• Experience coding with SQL.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of Medicare reporting for employers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Own complex recurring and ad hoc Medicare reports and data feeds, including high-cost claimant, utilization, financial, medical and pharmacy reports.
• Perform complex analysis of healthcare data, including medical, pharmacy, eligibility, provider, and financial information.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Medicare reporting platforms (enrollment & claims systems and dashboards).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness through robust validation, reconciliation, and quality controls.
