Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program coordination, or healthcare admin; Medicare/ managed care a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in docs and tracking.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and deliverables in deadline-driven environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing, project tracking, or workflow tools; testing/QA exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and organize program documentation including SOPs and FAQs.
• Submit and track development tickets; monitor progress and follow up on enhancements.
• Support testing of systems to validate functionality and business requirements.
• Assist QA reviews of notices, invoices, and communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Track deliverables, timelines and SLAs for client reporting and outputs.
• Elevate issues, risks, or discrepancies; help with remediation efforts.
• Coordinate internal and client meetings; prepare agendas, notes and action items.
