The successful candidate will manage pharmacy programs tailored for Medicare and lead initiatives that enhance Medicare Advantage offerings. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare.
• Experience in clinical area preferred.
• Equivalence of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scope, deliverables, work plans, budgets, and timings.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Identify risks and opportunities in multiple initiatives.
• Educate stakeholders about new program elements.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting for program assessment.
