Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare and payer billing guidelines.
• Ability to review and interpret billing guidelines and communicate changes.
• Experience with end-of-day charge reports and error monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Review end-of-day charge reports for all CMG offices and monitor errors.
• Interpret Medicare and payer guidelines updates and communicate them to staff.
• Submit CPT add/change forms for new codes and manage SIM chargemaster for CMG.
• Maintain documentation and correspondence on shared drives for access by CMG staff.
• Assist with refund requests and review billing denials for trends.
• Collaborate with CMG Operations Managers and Revenue Cycle leaders.
