Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for Regulatory Risk & Compliance in Health Industries focused on Medicare Part D. You will analyze regulatory requirements, identify compliance gaps, and guide client teams through remediation actions to support day-to-day client needs.

You will mentor junior staff, develop deliverables, and coordinate with health industry clients to ensure accurate reporting of regulatory findings and ongoing risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing Medicare Part D regulatory requirements and translating them into compliance actions for health industry clients.
• Supporting compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control activities across regulatory programs and operating processes.
• Interpreting guidance from regulatory authorities and internal standards to identify gaps and remediation steps.
• Developing client deliverables that summarize findings, action plans, and status updates for complex compliance efforts.
• Coordinating with client teams to gather data, review documentation, and track progress on remediation activities.
• Applying analytical thinking to assess compliance risks, emerging issues, and operational impacts across care and payer environments.
• Leveraging technology and data tools to organize regulatory reporting, monitor issues, and document workflow status.
• Mentoring junior team members on task execution, issue tracking, and documentation practices while reviewing assigned work for accuracy.
