Responsibilities

• Analyzing Medicare Part C regulatory requirements and translating them into practical compliance actions for healthcare clients.
• Supporting compliance assessments, risk reviews, and control evaluations across payer and provider environments.
• Interpreting regulatory updates and internal policies to guide response plans and documentation needs.
• Developing deliverables that summarize compliance gaps, remediation steps, and monitoring activities.
• Using data analysis and compliance reporting tools to track issues, trends, and open actions.
• Coordinating client discussions to gather information, clarify requirements, and maintain progress across assigned workstreams.
• Applying knowledge of risk frameworks, governance processes, and regulatory reporting expectations to client engagements.
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing coaching on task execution and technical accuracy.
• Contributing to client relationships by responding to questions, addressing concerns, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Supporting internal controls and records management activities tied to regulatory compliance and operational risk.
