CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is hiring a Healthcare Reimbursement Director for the Minneapolis, MN office. The role focuses on Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting and related consulting for hospitals, health systems, and other providers.

Responsibilities include leading cost report projects, mentoring staff, and staying current on federal and state reimbursement regulations. This role reports to Healthcare Principals and Signing Directors within CLA's Healthcare Group.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; accounting-related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and state Medicaid program rules and regulations; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for clients.
• Coordinate and manage reimbursement-related consulting projects.
• Train and develop staff within the Healthcare group.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Research topics related to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement for clients and firm libraries.
• Develop services to positively impact CLA revenue and client relationships.
• Engage in practice management and professional organization participation.
