Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound phone consultations with individuals seeking Medicare guidance.
  • Recommend coverage options based on clients' health, lifestyle, and financial needs.
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals within a professional sales environment.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and family culture.

Experience and Abilities:

  • 1+ year of experience selling Medicare products, with one full Annual Enrollment Period completed.
  • Active Health Insurance License, with a Life license as well preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Clean and controlled at home working environment.
  • Basic computer and technology skills.
  • Driven personality. CVIG is seeking competitive winners.
