Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a sales-focused professional to help local seniors choose health plan options that keep them healthy and independent. The role emphasizes generating enrollments, building relationships with providers, and maintaining strong CRM data across LA County and surrounding service areas.

The successful candidate will hold a CA health license, have 1–3 years in healthcare sales, and may be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in sales/marketing.
• Sales and marketing experience in healthcare preferred.
• Valid CA health license and CMS annual certifications required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and generate opportunities for sales presentations, group meetings, and community events.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with providers and community leaders.
• Enter leads into the company CRM and manage a book of business.
• Promote member retention by addressing inquiries and communicating with members.
• Meet production goals and review performance metrics with leadership.
