Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking Medicare Sales Field Agents to join the MarketPoint Career Channel. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and delivering in-home and community-based outreach to educate members about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.

You will drive self-generated sales, attend community events, and build trusted relationships in your local market, with compensation including base pay plus commission and a company-sponsored benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory as listed in this job posting.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and events.
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle liability insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.
• Develop in-person connections through grassroots marketing and events.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals in the local market.
