Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to work in a field-based role within the designated Florida territory. You will build trust, educate members on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, and drive self-generated sales through in-home visits, community events, and grassroots outreach.

The role requires an active Health Insurance License, a valid driver’s license, and residence in the specified counties. Occasional travel and a strong customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License is required.
• Must reside in Martin, Saint Lucie, Indian River, Brevard or Okeechobee County.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred for bilingual communication.
• Experience with selling Medicare products and public speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings through face-to-face interactions.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow personal sales and expand Humana’s presence in the territory.
