Meet targets for self-generated sales while representing Humana in local communities and maintaining strong relationships with members and prospects.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in members' homes, at events, or in the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.
• Differentiate: build face‑to‑face connections through community events and in‑home visits.
• Grow: drive self‑generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market.
