Candidates should have specific work experience in managing a Medicare Enrollment department (Medicare advantage enrollment processing). Should be a Medicare enrollment SME who has managed teams preferably in an outsourcing setup.

Experience in Processing applications, TRR, member reconciliation. End to end process of enrollment processing for Medicare. FACETs experience is a must.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
• Strong people management skill with experience of handling minimum of 20-25 employees.

• Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively.
• Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to multitask and self-manage workday is crucial.
• 4-5 years healthcare experience must.
