You will handle enrollment form validation, reconciliation, and training delivery, contributing to Open Enrollment readiness and ongoing program improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus related experience.
• Experience with Medicare enrollment processing and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare focus helpful.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of member enrollment forms.
• Resolve enrollment issues to ensure a smooth member experience.
• Maintain Medicare enrollment records and submit updates.
• Meet production and quality standards per department rules.
• Coordinate benefits and participate in system testing for rollouts.
• Develop and deliver trainings for new hires.
