Position: Fully Remote within the continental U.S.
Training hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST or CST
Work hours after training: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
The Medicare EAP WorkLife Analyst is part of the WorkLife Team, providing education about community resources, needs assessment, and community/national referrals for customers including childcare, elder/adult care, and basic needs. Responsibilities include providing WorkLife consultation, documenting member interactions, and working in a call center environment, including outbound calls and research. Some duties may involve administrative or customer service tasks, and staffing an online chat platform may be required.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, full-time
Pay Range: $21.10 - $44.99 per hour, based on experience and other factors.
