As a member of the Compliance team, our Medicare Compliance Analysts are responsible for delivering an effective compliance program. Duties include risk assessment, training, monitoring, auditing, external audit coordination, investigation, root cause analysis, regulatory implementation, control assessment, reporting, and corrective actions, all aimed at creating a sustainable health care system.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Cambia:

• Compliance Analyst II requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5 years of compliance experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicare regulation.
• Compliance Analyst III requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 8 years of compliance experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicare regulation.

Skills And Attributes

• Proven ability to deliver core compliance activities such as monitoring, auditing, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Office software; discretion and confidentiality.
• High learning agility and organizational knowledge.
• Mastery of compliance functions, with the ability to handle complex matters end-to-end.

Additional Requirements for Compliance Analyst III

• Mastery of legal requirements and compliance functions; leadership and mentoring skills.

What You Will Do

• Develop and oversee compliance programs, policies, and manuals.
• Participate in risk assessments, project management, and cross-divisional meetings.
• Ensure clarity and effectiveness of communication materials.
• Lead and support compliance activities including training, monitoring, auditing, and reporting.

Work Environment

• Rare travel; may require outside normal hours.

Compensation and Benefits

For Compliance Analyst II: $75,700 - $102,350 with a 10% bonus target. Full range: $71,000 - $116,000.

For Compliance Analyst III: $91,800 - $123,100 with a 15% bonus target. Full range: $86,000 - $141,000.
