CareSource in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Care Specialist I to assist members, beneficiaries, or providers with routine service inquiries. You will resolve inquiries, process claims, educate on benefits, and coordinate credentialing requests while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A call center background is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years customer service experience is preferred.
• Customer Service experience in a call center is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve routine member, beneficiary, or provider inquiries.
• Handle claims processing, benefit education, contracting, credentialing requests.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable regulations.
• Research and resolve open/pending issues to satisfy members/providers.
• Document all communications accurately and maintain records.
• Mentor new hires and support team training.
• Perform any other job related instructions as requested.
