Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Medicare Specialist for a fully remote role to manage billing and collections for Medicare patients. You will ensure compliance with Medicare rules, submit claims, and follow up on denials, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain complete documentation.

The role requires strong data analysis, accuracy, and knowledge of EHR systems and billing software.

Qualifications

• Submit Medicare claims for patient services following guidelines.
• Identify and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Review accounts and reconcile with remittance advice.
• Prepare appeals for denied claims with supporting docs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliant billing and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with patients about coverage and balances.
• Investigate denied claims and coordinate with Medicare.
