Wider Circle, a fast-growing boutique insurance agency, seeks a Medicare telesales professional to manage the beneficiary cycle—from lead generation to enrollment. Travel to provider clinics in Los Angeles and Orange County; close sales over the phone or in person using a consultative approach.

Requirements include 2+ years in Medicare telesales/telemarketing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and health plan portals.

Qualifications

• Two years of Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and relationship building with prospective beneficiaries.
• Obtain Scope of Appointment and present Medicare products.
• Meet daily outbound call targets and drive enrollments.
• Travel to provider clinics in Los Angeles and Orange County.
• Conduct product presentations and close sales via phone or in person.
• Maintain enrollment and manage program reports and analytics.
