Qualifications

• Strong years advising on Medicare enrollment and related topics.
• Experience in Social Security and employer coverage coordination.
• Understanding of creditable coverage and its implications for Medicare.
• US-based candidates with ability to start quickly preferred.
• Capability to commit to 20-30 hours/week for the project.

Responsibilities

• Review sample Medicare questions and identify inaccuracies or unrealistic phrasing.
• Write rubrics defining correct answers for enrollment and late penalties.
• Cover Medigap and Medicare Advantage comparisons in response rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and identify errors or misconceptions.
• Provide clear written feedback to the project team asynchronously.
• Aid in ensuring accuracy of beneficiary education materials.
• Collaborate with team to enhance AI-generated content on Medicare.
