Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior analyst to support Medicare Advantage provider Value-Based Care programs across primary, facility, and specialty services. You will align analytics with market insights to shape program strategy and design.

The role includes evaluating performance, developing contracting strategies, and producing executive-ready recommendations and presentations. Remote work within the continental US is supported with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or health care operations.
• Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations.
• Problem resolution experience and skills.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience interpreting business and financial information and negotiations skills.
• Verbal and written communications skills across departments; preparing presentations for senior management.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
• PC proficiency to include MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Integrate analytical findings, market insights, and business needs to inform VBC program strategy and design.
• Evaluate program performance and identify strategic enhancements.
• Develop VBC contracting strategies.
• Develop VBC contract templates and program documentation.
• Create executive-ready recommendations and presentations.
