Community Eldercare Services, LLC is seeking a Managed Care Billing Analyst / Accounts Receivable to support centralized billing operations across our facilities. This role handles Medicare Advantage billing, claims management, cash posting, account reconciliation, and aging reviews, while assisting with audits and revenue cycle improvements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing, and proficiency with tools such as PointClickCare,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience billing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance required.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage billing preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Medicare Advantage billing for Part A and Part B.
• Track Medicare Advantage claims by facility and monitor aging.
• Research, correct, and resubmit claims to ensure timely payment.
• Process cash posting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly cash receipts and deposit reports.
• Assist with end-of-month balancing and closing processes.
• Review and process resident statements.
• Conduct monthly accounts receivable aging reviews.
• Process insurance crossover claims and complete hospice billing.
• Gather information for audits and support financial reviews.
