Job summary

Medically Fragile SEA - Toki - 0.875 FTE - 26-27 SY in Madison, Wisconsin, is a non-exempt position within Health Services. The role supports students with complex health conditions, including mobility, feeding, daily health charting, and adherence to health plans.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with staff and health office personnel.
• Ability to implement prescribed health plans.
• CPR/AED for Health Care Providers or equivalent training.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with complex health needs across settings.
• Provide mobility, positioning, feeding, and personal care as required.
• Support instructional activities under teacher guidance.
• Maintain health records and daily health charting.
• Transport students between classrooms and community sites when needed.
• Follow MMSD health policies and emergency protocols.
