Job summary

Trilogy Medwaste in Fresno, CA is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely collect containers from healthcare offices and drive routes for material transport. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations and strong customer communication. You will perform inspections, document shipments, and maintain vehicle readiness.

Competitive hourly pay of $20.00–$23.00 with benefits, PTO, and company-matched 401(k). Training provided, and lifting up to 65 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record within 3 years and no accidents.
• Excellent customer service skills with employees, customers, regulators.
• Able to use a computer for data entry and a mobile app for manifests.
• Must meet all DOT and licensing requirements; MEC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collect containers from health care offices.
• Drive to locations along a route collecting material for delivery.
• Complete required training and inspections.
• Maintain Hours of Service/logs as required.
• Review manifests and shipping papers; train customers on manifesting.
• Load, secure, label materials; refuel and clean vehicle.
