Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a dependable Class B driver to support our healthcare routes. This full-time role involves collecting and transporting medical waste, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring DOT compliance on a 40-hour week. The day shift runs 5AM to 3PM with a $28 hourly rate and a $3k sign-on bonus.

HazMat endorsement adds $1 per hour in some cases. Position requires CDL‑B (or non‑CDL equivalent), clean driving record, medical card, and ability to lift heavy

Qualifications

Class B license with a clean driving record and valid medical card
Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
Confident in a road check level 1 through level 3
Proven longevity in past employment
On time delivery practices
Experience operating vehicles up to 26 ft box trucks

Responsibilities

Collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations
Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
Operating vehicles as large as 26 ft box trucks
Completing deliveries on schedule and communicating changes clearly
Loading and unloading; organizing truck per schedule
Managing route per leadership direction and ensuring timely service
