Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a customer-focused driver in Walton, KY for daily medical waste collection and delivery. A Class B license and experience driving a 26 ft box truck are required to service healthcare locations with high customer service standards.

The role offers full-time hours (40–50/week), M-F schedule (5 AM to 3 PM), and a set rate of $25.00 per hour. Benefits and direct hire status are provided.

Qualifications

• Class B license with a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating a 26 foot box truck.
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate 26 ft box truck safely.
• Collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Deliver on schedule and communicate changes clearly.
• Load and unload and organize truck per schedule needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
