Daniels Health is seeking a dependable, safety-minded non-CDL driver to support our healthcare routes in Denver, CO. You\'ll collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top-tier customer service to hospitals and healthcare facilities along your local route.

This daytime, Mon-Fri role offers consistent hours and meaningful work in a vital service. The position includes a $3k sign-on bonus, plus a SET rate of $25.50 per hour for a 1st shift (5 AM–3 PM).

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
