Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a full-time route driver in Wisconsin. You will safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps, operating box trucks up to 26 feet while maintaining DOT logs and inspections.

This role offers stable hours, overtime opportunities, paid time off from day one, and a competitive hourly wage based on license type.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL or valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and tenure with past employers.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer‑Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

What are we looking for?

Valid Class B CDL or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
Experience operating vehiclesup to 26’ box trucks

Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections

Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks

Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
