Our client located Northeast of Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with working the night shift and have completed a 6 month hospital clinical rotation This is an immediate hire, so do not delay in submitting your application to us today.

Responsibilities of the Medical Laboratory Technician:

• Accurately analyze and report all laboratory tests ordered by the medical staff.
• Maintain patient safety through attention to detail, equipment safety checks, adherence to department policies.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff, other departments, physicians, and peers.

Requirements of the Medical Laboratory Technician:

• Associate's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or Chemical, Physical, Biological Science
• ASCP certification preferred (must be eligible)
