Department: University Hospital | Tissue Typing
SCOPE OF POSITION: An ABHI certified technologist performing histocompatibility testing and interpreting results in the Tissue Typing Laboratory.
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing all clinical testing for histocompatibility. Certification (CHT/ABHI) at the Technologist level, demonstrating appropriate experience and knowledge to interpret test results and ensure high-quality control, is required. Must be available for scheduled 24-hour on-call, approximately 20-25% of each month.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
