Responsibilities

• Round on Denver, CO long-stay patients and monitor for subtle changes.
• Cover float assignments across Denver sites maintaining continuity of care.
• Audit own documentation against Colorado charting standards before closing chart.
• Support care delivery across Deere & Company’s Denver facility.
• Coordinate discharge planning with case management, social work, and families in Denver.
• Answer ventilator-management questions from families at the Denver bedside.
