Mercy seeks a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our provider care team. You will perform accurate, timely laboratory tests, evaluate and report results, and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain the quality of a World Class Laboratory.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service aligned with Mercy Signature Service and collaboration with care teams to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring in a Mercy environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• MT(ASCP) or MLS certification or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree meeting cert agency requirements, or completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training course.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, precise, and timely laboratory tests and report results.
• Evaluate and report test results while assuring compliance and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality standards consistent with a World Class Laboratory.
• Exhibit excellent customer service in line with Mercy Signature Service in all interactions.
