Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist for a permanent full-time position in Liberal, KS. The role covers MT/MLT/MLS responsibilities with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will perform testing across chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular diagnostics and microbiology; collect specimens and support patient care while maintaining quality control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in MLS or related field.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Eligible to work as MLT or MLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Blood Bank, Molecular Diagnostics, Microbiology.
• Collect patient specimens, including phlebotomy duties.
• Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care.

• Pay Rate: Starting at $27.10/hour (negotiable based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: Available for evenings, nights, and weekends

Schedule

Day Shift

• Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Holiday Requirements:

• Two minor holidays annually (Memorial Day and Labor Day)
• One major holiday annually (Christmas, Thanksgiving, or New Year's Day)
