Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000 for MLT, Up to $12,000 for MLS/MT

Position Overview: The Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician (CLS/MLS) performs clinical microbiology testing on tissue and platelet samples, detecting aerobic, anaerobic, and fungal isolates to ensure the safe recovery and manufacturing of products for transplant and transfusion.

Qualifications:

• Associates of Science (AS) in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a Bachelor of Science in a biological science
• Certification: ASCP or equivalent

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required
