Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform clinical laboratory testing under supervision, ensuring accuracy and quality in patient results. The role may supervise and teach laboratory staff while maintaining equipment and records.

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy in patient testing, analyzing data, ensuring proper specimen identification, and reporting results within turnaround times. Night shifts, safety, and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Science; Master’s preferred.
• Certification such as MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer/data entry; Excel and Word; Epic and 3M experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams.
