Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform clinical laboratory testing under supervision, ensuring accuracy and quality in patient results. You will maintain equipment, documentation, and participate in quality assurance activities, with potential supervision of laboratory staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field, ASCP certification, and at least one year of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent are required.
• Minimum one year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer/data entry, with knowledge of Excel, Word, and basic systems; experience with Epic and 3M is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare team members.
