Suburban Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine in Bethesda, MD, is seeking an on-call Evening shift Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist. The role involves performing routine and complex tests with minimal supervision and may be assigned to different laboratory areas based on experience and certification.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience and certification, with ASCP or AMT credentials preferred.

Performs a variety of both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established standards and procedures with minimal supervision. Level of supervision is determined by skill level and experience. Has a working knowledge of equipment, processing of specimens, test results and time constraints of test, in their assigned area. If trained as generalists may be assigned to any area or combination of areas. Has a thorough understanding of medical technology as it is related to their specific job category. This role is intended for Clinical Laboratory Scientists/Medical Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and verified/recognized certification.

Minimum 45.88/hour - Maximum 45.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
