Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking an experienced laboratory leader to oversee the operational and technical management of the laboratory section, ensuring rigorous quality control, method validation, and data integrity. This role also includes assessing linearity and result correlation and directing daily activities to stay compliant with regulatory requirements.

• At least five years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by ASCP BOC or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Internal candidates are required to submit and meet Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements. External candidates are required to complete Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements within 90 days in position.
