Performs essential duties related to clinical subspecialties such as Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology/Immunology based on shift. Specific skills required include Molecular Pathology, Flow Cytometry, and Point of Care testing. For Customer Service roles, duties include reference lab test processing and result reporting.
One year of clinical laboratory experience preferred. Student experience is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited medical technology program are preferred. Alternatively, qualifications for high complexity testing as evaluated against Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments '88 (CLIA '88) standards are acceptable.
ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) Registry is preferred.
