Job Title: Medical Technologist – Generalist

Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Day/Night Shift

Shift Hours: 15:30PM - 00:00AM | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Hourly Pay Rate: $28.05 – $42.10 (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 | Relocation Assistance: Up to $4,000

Key Responsibilities

-Perform laboratory tests and analyses in areas such as chemistry and hematology.

-Follow established protocols and quality assurance guidelines to ensure test accuracy.

-Prepare reagents, monitor inventory, and minimize departmental waste and expenses.

-Troubleshoot test systems and liaise with technical support when necessary.

-Maintain and update standard operating procedures in compliance with CAP, TJC, and OSHA.

Key Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related scientific field
