Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Round on assigned patients each shift, documenting findings within InnovateLabs's electronic record before handoff.
• Anticipate the surgeon's next instrument during Medication Reconciliation cases, tray laid out in order of use.
• Float between triage and treatment as census swings across the Fairfield, CA shift.
• Audit your own documentation against CA charting standards before each chart closes.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
