Monday-Thursday, 1p-11:30p with rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

Independently perform laboratory procedures for which trained and demonstrated competency, including testing on patients of all ages, with accurate and timely analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant college/technical courses and clinical training to qualify for certification as a medical technologist.
• No experience required beyond education/training.
• Certification as a medical technologist or medical laboratory scientist by ASCP, AMT, or AAB, per Georgia state regulations. AAB provisional certification is not accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, biomedical science, or related field.
• One year of supervised clinical experience preferred.
• Competence in areas such as chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood bank, microbiology preferred.
